BOOKING POLICIES

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies.
After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

No Call, No Show

If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be banned from future bookings.

Wig Drop Off Policy

Wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment.

Late drop-offs will result in a $25 same-day customization fee.
No exceptions unless previously approved.
Please label your wig before you drop it off.

Early/Late Appointment

Appointments outside of regular hours will include a $20–$30 fee.
This applies to early morning or after-hours slots.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule once using the same deposit if you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Less than 24-hour notice requires a new deposit.

Home Based Rules

I work from a private, home-based location.
No extra guests unless you receive permission ahead of time.
If you’re sick or have symptoms, please reschedule.

FAQs

Q: Do you offer touch-ups?

A: No, I no longer offer touch-ups. Reapplying glue over dirty lace is not only unsanitary, it doesn’t last and won’t give you the results you deserve.

If your wig is lifting or old, it will need to be fully cleaned and reinstalled. Please book a Reinstall instead

Q: How should I prep my hair for the appointment?

You can come with your hair washed and blow dried, or with your hair braided down already

Q: Do you provide the wig?

A: No, clients must bring their own wig to the appointment. If you don’t know what to get, feel free to message me for advice before purchasing.

Q: Do you work over someone else’s install

Yes, as long as there’s nothing wrong with the wig.

Q: Can I bring a synthetic wig?

Yes, you can — but keep in mind that synthetic wigs don’t hold heat styling well and don’t give the same natural look or long-lasting results as human hair. For the best outcome, I highly recommend using a human hair wig.

Q: What kind of wig should I buy for the best results?

I recommend a 100% human hair wig with a 13x4 or 13x6 HD or transparent lace frontal. Aim for 150–180% density for a full look. Always check reviews and customer photos before buying — especially from Amazon or AliExpress. If the lace looks thick or gray in reviews, skip it. If you’re not sure, feel free to message me before you order!
